Clinics and Services

If you would like to request an appointment for any of our clinics and services, please visit our Consulting Room. Please visit our Health Review and Assessment Clinic if you have been advised by the surgery to complete a health review or assessment.

We provide all of the core NHS services as well as the following additional services to all of our registered patients:

  • Childhood immunisations
  • Phlebotomy
  • Travel advice and immunisations – if you are travelling abroad, please complete our Travel Risk Assessment form
  • Minor injury service
  • Minor surgery including cryotherapy
  • Sexual health – including coil and contraceptive implant fitting, Contraceptive Pill Review, emergency contraception, c-card scheme and free condoms
  • Diabetes
  • Respiratory specialist clinics – if you have been advised by the surgery submit a review of your asthma or COPD symptoms, please complete our Asthma Review form or COPD Assessment form
  • Chronic disease management
  • NHS health checks to all patients aged 40-75 years
  • Cervical screening
  • Flu vaccination clinic

Attached services

The following services are provided from some of our surgeries by external agencies. In most instances, you would be referred into these services by a doctor or nurse:

  • Midwife
  • Wellbeing service – mental health support
  • Health trainers
  • Smoking cessation – if you have been advised by the surgery to do so, please complete a Smoking Review form
  • Carer support service
  • Alcohol and drugs service (Norwich only – service in Yarmouth provided externally) – if you have been advised by the surgery to do so, please complete an Alcohol Consumption Review form
  • AAA (Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm) Screening (Yarmouth only – service in Norwich provided externally)
  • Child health surveillance
  • Diabetic eye care

We also refer into the following local NHS community services:

  • Physiotherapy
  • Podiatry
  • Weight management
  • Dermatology
  • District nursing
  • Leg ulcer care

Consultant led services at the local secondary care providers:

  • Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital
  • James Paget Hospital
  • Queen Elizabeth Hospital
